Installation was easy. I attached it only by form, but it is quite useful. Rev alarm is also valid in CUB. It is an exchange from Sprocket 14T to 16T.View Detail
I attached KITACO made AnalogTachometer, but from the color loss of the needle, malfunction I decided to exchange it. Back light at night is bright and easy to see. I am using it in conjunction with Digital, but the accuracy is good without the large error. If you can install some BracketUniversal somewhat Offset is still OK.View Detail
I installed it on WR 250X without Tachometer. To install, just connect the four Wiring of constant supply power, Ignition ON power, Earth, rotation signal. I think that there is no Time lag with the rise of rotation on the car body side and the price is suitable for the price. The Rev indicator can be set in units of 6000 rpm to 500 rpm. Design is also the best as a retrofit Tachometer.View Detail
"YAMAHA MT-07 ABS" It is installation on. The Instruction Manual is kindly written, and if you've tried a little electric system, I think that installation is easy.
- attachment In MT - 07, due to Direct Ignition, High - tension cordetc. There is no need to interrupt Pickup or ECUWiring. Wiring saw it as Battery + → Fuse → each Coil → ECU → GND, and I interrupted between One Side Coil and ECU. Since + to Coil uses the same color, we wired it in a way that it interrupts Wiring, who is not the same color. Two types of power supply are required at all times and key interlocking, and key interlocking was taken from DCCoupler which is killed. When fixing Body, because Handlebar can not afford, I bracketed Bracket to Handlebar Clamp. After that, I worried whether I should fasten it together with Mirror, but for a while it is Wait. In this position, there is a possibility of interfering with Large Screen, but if it is a short Screen, it is a little worrisome that it is full of ... ....
- A little worrisome point The movement is perfect, but it is slightly different from OEM's Digital. Also, because of the riding posture, I do not enter much visibility. If the color of the needle is red, it is better, but ...
- Others I was satisfied on the whole and I bought it with an awareness of the deviation from OEM Meter, so I was able to achieve the purpose.View Detail
It is still easy to use Analog for checking Tachometer. I also used Analog octopus from Ditna before, but the octopus of Takegawa is Small Type than that, but it is easy to see and I feel a sense of making it well. Moreover, I think that it is a good product without needle shake. Although it is installed in YZ250F, it was installed with no problem with Small Type even with Space type. View Detail
This product from Special Parts Takegawa would have to be my favorite item I have added to my Honda Monkey 125cc. The installation does take some time to complete if you want to run the wires neatly but it is not a difficult install to do. Once installed I was not completely happy with the look so ended up adding some black tape around the housing to match the OEM cluster which turned out better then I expected. All the features Special Parts Takegawa have added to this tachometer are a must for a motorcycle these days. The clock is used on a daily basis and the temperature reading to monitor my 143cc N-20 BBK.View Detail
Bike is a USA z125m (Monkey) built August 2018. In the picture you can see the supplied harness installed exactly where the harness should be, according to the instructions included with the Tachometer. The limited depth of the headlight bucket makes this the only feasible position for the connector. As you can see, one of the three wires in the supplied harness is too short. It is pulled very tight, and pulls the original connector out of place. The wire is too tight to be acceptable, and the LED headlight no longer fits because it rests on the original connector on the right which has been pulled forward by the taut wire.Another mistake in the Takegawa harness is the gauge of wire for the ground is too small. The USA version of the Monkey does not use LED turn signals, it uses incandescent turn signals which require more current than LED. In the picture you can see the heavier gauge turn signal ground wire on the Honda turn signal harness (on the right) and the very light gauge supplied jumper wire that is to be inserted into the circuit. It likely will work, but it is definitely under sized for the USA application.I had high expectations for this product because of the expensive price and the good reputation of Takegawa, I am disappointed that I cannot use this product on my Honda Monkey 125.View Detail
If you look at AMAZON or Preview, you'll see that mine stopped moving the needle about 3 months after installation! And that's within about 300k miles! I wouldn't recommend it!View Detail
I bought this because I wanted an Analog Tachometer and I like the look and the clock.:Set, and I am trying to measure the outside temperature. Installation was easy and even I, a beginner, was able to install it easily.View Detail
?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
