I bent my old rotor at the races and am not going to let that happen again if I can.This seems to be a good upgrade even if it just keeps the dirt out, but it does seem to give more protection to the rotor ,caliper as well. Looks great too in my opinion.This product has a great fit in a Crf, the installation of the protector was pretty easy and done in fifteen minutes, its made out of decent material which does the job pretty well, its good looking, and I think is very light weight compared to the other aluminium and plastic protectors.

It is thin with a soft material, so it can not stand the impact of Large shocks.
It is a little troublesome to machine it, and maintenance is lower.
It is not cheap considering material cost. Bracket is sold separately.
